I work from a feminist, trauma informed strength based approach who provide quality mental health care. As a psychotherapist, I provide a safe non-judgemental space for clients to explore their innermost fears and challenges. Let me help you reveal skills you never thought you had.

Are you looking to speak to someone who can relate to what it feels like being a newcomer to Canada? It can feel like a relief to finally speak with someone where you do not have to explain what it feels like to be an immigrant or why as an adult your parent’s opinion matters a great deal. I specialize in working with folks that identify as BIPOC. BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous and People of Colour. I understand from personal experience the complex layers that can influence one’s mental health living in a culture that is different from the one you are born in.

All your appointments will take place in either online in the comfort of your home or in nature at a park such as Assiniboine, Crescent or St. Vital.
